May long weekend – We’re BACK at the junior festival at Harbourfront. One of our absolutely favourite annual events. The weekend is packed with art, theatre, dance, activities, music and SO MUCH MORE. We’ll be hosting outside on the main stage all day and doing a storytime each afternoon.

After such an amazing long weekend last year, we’re back at Harbourfront for MORE Storytimes and MORE Fay & Fluffy! This year, in addition to doing a storytime each day we’ll also be hosting outside in the round. So come find us in between all the great acts!

Spring into Parkdale Festival
Saturday May 11th, 11am-6pm, 918 Bathurst St.
You won’t find storytime at the Festival but Fluffy will be in the kids area all day DJing! Find the kids area at Queen W and Callender for a fun times with a pirate ship, skateboarding, tennis, live music acts and more!

Familypalooza for Public Education
Saturday May 4th, 10am-3pm
Fay is away but Fluffy will still play! Join them along with other guests (like our pals the Space Chums) at this free family event to support public education. Fluffy will read some stories and DJ some tunes at 1:30pm.

We’re hitting the road and going to FanFest! So excited to be included in such a fun day of costumes and to celebrate the historic and ongoing contribution of fandom to literacy, art, and culture.

Sistema Spirit Gala

We’re excited to support a great musical program for youth by hosting their Gala fundraiser. There will be live music, food and drinks, PLUS you can get a charitable tax receipt for a portion of the ticket cost. Come hang with us!

Purim Celebrations

In celebration of Purim, we’re having Drag Queen Storytime at the MNjcc!
Not your Bubbe’s storytime! Drag Queen Storytime brings drag queens and families together to share in an hour of storytelling, dress-up, and fun in the name of literacy & freedom of expression, with a little Jewish flair. Everyone is welcome!

Kids aged 2-8 can celebrate this milestone with Fay & Fluffy’s Drag Queen Storytime, author Emil Sher, indie rock all-stars The Woodshed Orchestra, and so much more!

Saturday Oct 27th, 11am – We’re headed back to Cabbagetown for a reading at Labour of Love, with special guest reader, 4 year old Fay Fay! Costumes encouraged!

Saturday Sept 8th (1pm) AND Sunday Sept 9th (4pm) – We’ll be celebrating one of our favorite neighbourhoods at the Cabbagetwon Festivals with readings on both Saturday and Sunday! Find us outside 214 Carlton Street and check out all the other fun things happening in the neighbourhood.

Sunday Sept 9th, 11am – We’re excited to have been invited to the Miles Nadel JCC to celebrate Rosh Hashanah! Not your Bubbe’s storytime! Event is free but it’s helpful if you pre-register here.

Friday Sept 21st, 10:30am – Fay + Fluffy plus Art galleries = tons of fun! Join us at the Art Gallery of Mississauga as special guests for their AGM Tot Spot storytime.

Sunday August 19th, 12:15pm – Our only Toronto reading in August is a special event at the High Park Amphitheatre with Canadian Stage! Called “We Are Story”, this event will feature art, food, storytelling, music and more. And it’s FREE!

Saturday August 4th, 2pm – We’re packing up our bags and heading to Montreal! Catch us at Never Apart (7049 Rue Saint-Urbain) with special guest LaDrag On-Fly. In collaboration with / en collaboration avec LGBT Family Coalition / Coalition des Familles LGBT.

Saturday July 14th AND Sunday July 15th – Fay & Fluffy will be a part of the Hillside Music Festival! We’re so excited to be at the Guelph Lake Conservation Area for two days, it’s such a fun festival for families. Tickets are still available but will sell out!

Saturday June 16th, 1pm Fay & Fluffy are headed to the theatre and invite you and your family to come along! Our show, Fay & Fluffy’s House Party will include reading stories, but we’ll also have special guests come by, music, and more! Advance tickets on sale now. $15/adult, $5/kid.

Saturday June 9th, 11am – as part of the 519’s Queer & Trans Family Pride we’ll be doing a quick 10 minute storytime with a couple songs. FREE

Saturday April 14th, 11am – We’ve been asked to be a part of the first Feminist F*ck It Festival, put on by the Storefront Theatre. “From the family friendly to the downright nasty, the FEMINIST F*CK IT FEST is a curated festival of multidisciplinary women and non binary-identifying artists presenting original, bold, and entertaining works of art. The Festival will take place at 360 Geary Lane from April 11th – April 22nd.” FREE
